Any filterless tubes w/structure?

Posted by Hua Kul on Friday, 04-Jan-2008
I would love a non-filtered tube with some structure at the mouth end to keep it open and not soggy. I can't get the hang of the Athey tubes and it wastes a lot of good tobacco. I'm also not too fond of a cigarette holder, partly because of the stale odor it accumulates and the small opening. I would appreciate any suggestions.

You posted a question about filter cards a while back, they are what you are looking for.

Thanks michael. Do you know anywhere in the US to purchase them? If not I'll try to order from that site, I think that was a UK site.

I don't know where to purchase them. I had never heard of them til I read your post about them. I have been making them out of matchbook covers and business cards.

Hua: Why get a case with a small opening? There are several available with either a flip top or the ones that open and close with a clamshell motion.

I think he means a cigarette holder such as a Tar-Gard or the similar throw-aways....
