Anyone use one of these? Just saw them for the first time today in an HBI catalog.

I'll be testing it and revealing it's personality traits in a few weeks

I did not know it was openly available yet.
the prospects on it already look good as far as repair and service are concerned, if it gets a "grade a" stamp

I wish to add some more because I like having friends and I like being understood

the way this started out with me is the word (some here may recall) Zenomatic went brushing in my ear.
I grabbed hold and begged and begged and didn't let go because the Zen tubes got me hooked and I wanted a perfect pair
then the plot twisted.
No Zenomatic. The decision was made to change the name and I was crushed.
I protested and kicked and screamed but to no avail, it was over my head=I offered to even pay EXTRA to get a Zenomatic which I thought already existed
so alas, I'm getting a Laramie "shoot-a-matic" is what I thought it's called

Perhaps they were worried that the "Zeno" might be misinterpreted as "Xeno", as in "xenophobe".

[link] Xeno
[link] Xenophobe
Just a thought...

BTW, don't cut off your hands. Just give them a rest every now and then. (chuckle)
Actually, you have become what you said you would when you started posting on this forum, way back. You are an asset to the forum. No, I won't make the "well, 3/5's of that" joke.
G'night!

It's a brown CLONE of the Supermatic aesthetically. The inner workings, I have no idea. I just know I can buy them from HBI if I want.

yes I meant to ask you what it looked like

I can't see it because I am no longer a business, etc etc, unless you or someone else has a link
what I like about this whole situation is that while I was waiting for word _If_ I would even be able to get one, some political stuff has taken place, and so if this machine is good it will solve some problems
it turned out that the other non-topomatic clone machines are not exact copies in some way, and I am hoping the same is the case here

Sorry, it's called the Shoot-O-Matic, not the stuffomatic.

It's black too, not brown. Where was my head yesterday?
I've only got a very small picture in the 2007 supplement catalog.

Oh! Thought I would add: the Laramie is $0.90 more wholesale than the TOM (which is the cheapest of the large cranks, FYI). Thought it was odd that It would be coming out at a higher pricepoint than a machine that already has a reputation.
