I have seen posts asking about cases that will hold 100's. Here is a website that has some cases that will hold 100's

That web site does not have any 100mm flip-top boxes. I ordered the type on that site, from another site, and that style crushes the cigarettes. That style is only used for holding flip-top boxes, not individual cigarettes--which is needed.

I wish Smoky would offer their boxes in 100 format. It would make the spouse very happy. One of the retailers (RYO Cigarette?) linked from this site is carrying a few more 100's cases. But they only hold around 8 smokes, they're made of metal and cost around $30 each. A plastic smoky version for around $3 would be great.

I got a nice, silver-plated, clamshell case for around $15 off the internet, but I can't remember where. It holds 20 smokes.

I picked up a folding silver 100mm box from D&R this past order (ABX0026) for $15. Made in China but nice spring tabs to hold smokes and the hinges seem sturdy. It will hold twenty 100mm smokes but good luck getting it to close. Seems it's made for premade smokes. The cigs from one side need to fit between the cigs on the other side. So you're down to holding 18 smokes and a lot of effort to make it work. I was using ZigZag tubes and I'm sure it would be worse with Premier tubes since they typically have a larger diameter.

If only Smoky (EFKA) made 100mm cases...
