If you are in the market for sturdy, segmented cigarette cases, have a look at the "EuroJet" over at Roll Your Own Tobacco.
The downside is that you can only buy them in lots of 12.

The EuroJet/Coney cases are Smoky/EFKA clones. The EuroJet cases appear to be made by the same company that used to make the Smoky cases (same side injection points and manufacturer mark size/shape/location). The Smoky case is a tad nicer than the EuroJet. The extra ridging on the inside of the EuroJet flip-top can nick the cigarette tips when closing the case.
